Job Description
We are looking for a robust and result-oriented Operations / MIS to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in team management, data verification, reconciliation, MIS reporting and process control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining operational discipline, monitoring team performance and driving timely closure of pending tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, guide and monitor team performance.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track productivity and drive operational efficiency. 2. Data Verification & Reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data, records and supporting documents.
- Conduct regular reconciliation across multiple systems, trackers and records.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. 3. Quality Control & Process Management
- Implement and monitor Maker–Checker processes.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to defined SOPs.
- Maintain process discipline and operational accuracy. 4. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare,



review and monitor MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Track pending cases, ageing reports and turnaround time (TAT).
- Identify performance gaps and share timely updates with management. 5. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Validate information, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closure of issues. 6. Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Improve team productivity, accuracy and turnaround time.
- Strengthen operational controls and reporting processes Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of data verification, reconciliation and operational controls.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data management.
- Experience with MIS reporting, dashboards and ageing reports.
- Knowledge of Maker–Checker processes, SOPs and quality audits.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP or centralised data management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, accountability and process ownership. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience managing an Operations or MIS team.
- Experience handling large volumes of operational data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, monitor team performance and ensure timely deliverables.
