Freshers Role Overview We are looking for fresh graduates from Computer Science or Information Technology backgrounds to join our recruitment team. You will support hiring for US IT positions by identifying suitable candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and the technical skills needed for each position.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess candidate suitability, communication, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Learn US recruitment processes, work authorizations, and employment types.
• Work toward assigned recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality. Qualifications and Skills

E./B.
Tech in Computer Science or IT, BCA, MCA, B.
Sc./M.
Sc. in Computer Science or IT, or a related qualification.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, databases, and common IT roles.
• Valuable interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work US shifts from our Ahmedabad office.
