Job Title/Designation: FTTH & Pole Installation Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp) Role Purpose: The FTTH & Pole Installation
- Deployment Engineer to work as a Cluster lead and who is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of FTTH infrastructure and pole installation projects. The role involves survey management, ROW (Right of Way) coordination, material planning, vendor management, quality assurance, safety compliance, stakeholder coordination, and project closure within approved timelines and budgets. Required Skills

- Pole Installation & OSP Projects (Laying of OFC, Splicing and Placing FMS).

- Project Planning and Scheduling
- BOQ Preparation & Material Management
- GIS/KML Route Analysis

- Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Project Reporting

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory Annual CTC: Rupees 3,25,000 to 4,25,000 Other
