Tech. in Mechanical Engineering 1. Job Purpose The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project-related activities at the corporate office, ensuring smooth execution of domestic and international projects. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, overseas customers, international vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution, effective communication, and adherence to project schedules. 2.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor the execution of multiple domestic and international projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as a central coordination point between the corporate office, project sites, overseas customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Liaise with international customers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and address project-related queries.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, progress updates, MIS, and management presentations.
- Follow up on engineering drawings, technical documentation, material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and dispatch schedules.
- Track project-related correspondence, commitments, customer requirements, and action points to ensure timely closure.
- Identify potential project delays, coordination gaps, and execution challenges and escalate issues to management with appropriate recommendations.




- Participate in project review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of pending issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records, customer communications, and project-related reports.
- Support management in planning, resource coordination, and monitoring project performance. 3. Educational Qualification
- B.
Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from reputed engineering institutes.
- Candidates from NITs or equivalent premier engineering institutions will be preferred. 4. Experience & Desired Exposure
- 6–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Must have prior experience working in a corporate office environment in project coordination or project management.
- Experience in handling international projects and coordinating with overseas customers is essential.
- Exposure to working with international clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, EPC, or engineering project-based organizations will be preferred.
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project documentation. 5. Key Skills & Competencies
