- Manage the complete bid management process from prospect identification to final submission.
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and government tenders.
- Prepare proposals, bid documents, executive summaries, and presentations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, HR, and Technical teams to collect required information.
- Prepare bid plans, compliance documents, timelines, and submission schedules.
- Ensure all proposals meet client requirements and are submitted within deadlines.
- Coordinate pricing, costing, commercial proposals, and internal approvals.
- Identify risks and gaps in proposals and suggest improvements.
- Maintain proposal templates, company credentials, case studies, and reusable documents.
- Track bid progress and share regular updates with management.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and maintain bid performance reports. Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering,



or a related field.

- 10 years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Tender Management.
- Strong experience in RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
- Experience handling Government Tenders and E-Procurement Portals (Mandatory).
- Excellent proposal writing, business writing, and documentation skills.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of commercial proposals, pricing, costing, and compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines. Preferred Industry
