Com Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Quotation & Dispatch Coordinator to handle sales quotations, order processing, ERP data entry, production coordination, invoicing and dispatch management. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, MS Excel skills and experience in sales administration and documentation. Key Roles &

Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer quotations, cost estimates and commercial proposals based on approved pricing and technical specifications.
- Handle sales order processing, order confirmation, order entry and Order Register maintenance.
- Maintain customer databases, customer master data and party master creation in ERP software.
- Generate sales orders and maintain Order in Hand reports.
- Prepare production plans and coordinate with Production and PPC departments for order execution.
- Monitor order status, production schedules, delivery timelines and pending orders.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production and Sales teams for dispatch planning and material readiness.
- Arrange transportation and manage logistics and dispatch scheduling.
- Prepare GST sales invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- Maintain quotation registers, sales reports, customer lists and dispatch records.




- Follow up on pending quotations, customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and provide order status updates to management. Required Skills & Competencies :
- 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Dispatch, Order Processing or Data Entry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and computer operations.
- Knowledge of ERP / STERP software and data management.
- Experience in Quotation Preparation, Sales Order Processing and Commercial Documentation.
- Knowledge of GST Invoicing, E-Way Bills and Dispatch Documentation.
- Understanding of Production Planning and Logistics Management.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy in data entry, documentation and record maintenance.

Salary:
Best in Industry Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Industry Preference : Candidates with experience in Machinery Manufacturing, Engineering,Industrial Equipment or Manufacturing Companies will be preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00
