Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Roles &

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and support candidates until joining.



Required

Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Valuable sourcing, screening and candidate coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets. Preferred Candidates: Graduates residing in or around Ambattur, Chennai. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume. Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Work
