Job Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT.




• At least 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Functional Project Manager role for NBFC with through understanding in LOS / LMS / Collection management system. Skill Requirements
• Technical Competencies o Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools. o Good understanding of .
Net based application with SQL experience. o Good understanding of API integration. o Well verse about change management tool.
