Your primary mission will be straightforward: Connect our skilled graduates with hiring companies, startups, agencies, and recruiters to secure interviews and drive job placements. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Outreach & Networking: Proactively reach out to HR managers, recruiters, digital agencies, startups, and companies to build hiring partnerships. Student Placement Acceleration: Match Fire Drop students/graduates with relevant open positions and secure interview opportunities for them. Resume & Profile Shortlisting: Work with students to ensure their resumes and portfolios meet employer expectations prior to submitting them for roles. Interview Coordination: Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews, collecting feedback from recruiters to continuously improve student readiness. Market Tracking: Stay updated on current hiring trends and job openings across digital marketing, content creation, and related industries. Requirements & Qualifications

Education:




Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply). Communication

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malayalam fluency is a plus). Networking & Persuasion: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to make cold calls, send emails/LinkedIn inquiries, and pitch our students to employers. Self-Motivated & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working fully online using email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace. Results-Oriented: Focused on metrics, active follow-ups, and achieving monthly interview/placement targets.
