Payara Innovations is hiring Sales & Telecalling Executives for Career Pilot, our AI-powered career platform that helps students and job seekers with resumes, interview practice and job search.
Responsibilities:
call and follow up with leads (students, graduates, colleges), explain Career Pilot plans and features, convert interested users into paid subscribers, keep call records and lead status updated, and meet daily call and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
a graduate in any stream, valuable spoken English and Hindi or a regional language, confident on the phone, comfortable with targets; minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling.
Benefits:
fixed pay plus incentives, training, work from home. Pay: ₹10,000.00
