As we scale our operations pan-India, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Executive to support our returns and rework operations at our Hyderabad facility. Role Overview The Executive – Return & Rework will support the day-to-day execution of return inward processing, product inspection and segregation, rework coordination and stock accuracy. This is a floor-based operations role, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in reverse logistics with a high-growth D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities
Return Operations
- Supervise unloading and physical verification of returned products received from warehouses and marketplaces.
- Post returned items in the system (WMS/ERP) accurately and within the defined TAT.
- Inspect returned products and segregate them as resale, rework or scrap as per defined guidelines.
- Record damage, shortage or mismatch and escalate deviations to the Assistant Manager. Rework Support
- Coordinate with rework technicians and helpers to meet daily output targets.
- Ensure rework is carried out as per approved SOPs and quality standards.
- Track daily rework output, pending units and material requirements.
- Move reworked goods to finished stock and prepare them for dispatch. Inventory & MIS
- Maintain accurate records across return, rework, finished goods and scrap stock.
- Support daily stock reconciliation, cycle counts and periodic audits.




- Flag aging stock and support closure plans.
- Prepare daily MIS reports (inward, rework output, pending and aging) in Excel. Quality & Safety
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
- Support root cause analysis by capturing defect and return-reason data.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the returns and rework area. Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, returns processing, inventory control or reverse logistics.
- Graduate in any discipline (B.
Com, BBA, B.
Sc or equivalent); diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
- Basic working knowledge of a WMS/ERP (SAP, Unicommerce, Increff, Easyecom or similar) for stock posting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic MIS).
- Positive attention to detail and a logical approach to resolving stock mismatches.
- Comfortable with floor-based work and rotational shifts, including extra hours on peak return days.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with warehouse, quality and rework teams. Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail or consumer durables (furniture, mattresses, bulky goods).
- Exposure to a returns processing center, fulfilment hub or 3PL environment.
