Duties and

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Process Plans, Flow Carts in consultation with Engineering and Production departments.
- Update record of tracking of Kanban quantities in order to meet Kanban quantities on shelf.
- Actively participate in the development of recent components by providing input on process, clamping, fixtures designing or any material requirement.
- Lead the planning activity with support of HO Engineering. Follow push pull activity of material to meet dispatch dates of Customer.
- Update and maintain data related to Planning and Production in the ERP.
- Recording and monitoring the production times for various parts and analyzing the data to implement improvements leading to more efficient processes,



in consultation with HO Engineering and HO Production.
- Update and maintain documentation of IMS system.
- Raw material PO tracking as per requirements and provide data of PO status to HO Engineering.
- Update and Maintain supplier rating documentation
- Prepare data for order acceptance. Make order acceptance ready in excel.
- Raw material inward record in line with PO for pipe/bars and circles/rings.
- Participate in 5 S activity
- Actively participate in maintenance requirements & follow for completion.
- Any other responsibility given by management.
