Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project lifecycle of web and mobile projects understand customer pain points, problem definition, requirements documentation, roadmap creation, definition of use cases, implementation, go-to-market strategy, roll out.
- Document software features and customer requirements, create presentations, onboard customers and vendors on web and mobile products
- Manage backlog in JIRA, document testcases, maintain list of bugs after execution of test matrix, prioritize features and defects to be fixed
- Track success metrics of products to identify areas of improvement
- You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to accounts, HR, Sales, Operations, software developers and other team members
- Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results for the team and broader organization.
- Effectively communicate product releases to stakeholders
