Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the cutting, stitching, and finishing teams smoothly.
- Ensure high standards of Garment Quality Control (QC).
- Meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Manage worker attendance, daily output, and shop floor discipline. Requirements &
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a supervisor in a garment factory.
Freshers may also apply.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, measurements, and garment construction/stitching processes.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage workers effectively. Salary &
