Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Read, interpret, and implement civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor construction activities, including excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper utilization and management of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), site measurements, and work completion reports.
- Maintain records of material consumption, manpower attendance, and site activities.




- Ensure proper implementation of site safety rules and procedures in coordination with the safety team.
- Identify site-related issues, resolve execution challenges, and report major concerns to the Project Manager.
- Verify measurements, prepare quantity estimates, and support RA bill preparation and certification.
- Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, work approvals, and inspection reports.
- Maintain coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain discipline at the project site. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
