We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining full compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll: Manage and execute complete payroll processing for all employees. Timely Disbursement: Ensure timely salary processing, disbursement, and distribution of pay slips. Team Management: Lead and supervise the payroll team to ensure high accuracy and operational efficiency. Statutory Compliance: Handle and oversee compliance for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and other labor law requirements. Audit & Investor Relations: Coordinate directly with internal/external auditors and investors during financial audits, due diligence, and reporting processes. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to collect, verify, and streamline payroll inputs. Query Resolution:



Address and resolve employee queries regarding salary, tax deductions, reimbursements, and advantages promptly. Reporting & MIS: Prepare detailed payroll reports, reconciliations, and MIS summaries for management review. Data & Policy Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll records and employee master data while upholding company policies and statutory regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT). Prior experience in managing/handling a team and liaising with auditors and financial stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis). High level of numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability. Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
