Job Description
Role Overview: Manager Comp & Ben will play a key role in providing strategic and operational support to the company. The incumbent will analyze data to determine the best pay and perks plans for the company. The incumbent will also monitor trends affecting pay and benefits and assess ways for their organization to improve practices or policies. Job brief 1. Compensation Strategy
- Designing competitive salary structures tailored to different job roles and levels.
- Benchmarking against industry standards to ensure alignment with market trends.
- Creating variable pay plans, including bonuses, incentives, and performance-linked rewards. 2. Benefits Management
- Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Offering IT-specific perks like tech equipment allowances, remote work support, or skill-development budgets.
- Designing flexible benefit plans to meet diverse employee needs. 3. ESOP administration: Manage grant allocations, vesting schedules, and compliance. 4. Performance and Reward Systems
- Linking pay to performance and reward systems.
- Lead annual / mid year / adhoc merit increases,



bonus payouts, and promotion cycle inputs alongside Finance and Payroll.
- Establishing frameworks for promotions, salary increases, retention and ESOP management. 5. Compliance and Policies
- Ensuring compliance with local labour laws on compensation and company policies.
- Custodian of policies & SOPs 6. Analytics and Insights
- Using data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Identifying gaps and recommending adjustments to enhance employee retention.
- Support Analytics for Cost Control activities or restructuring as per need of business 7. Employee Communication
- Educating employees about their compensation structure, benefits, and any new policies.
- Ensuring transparency in C&B; practices to build trust within the workforce. Requirements and skills Proven experience in Comp & Benefits. In-depth understanding of strategies, PMS, Benefits & Rewards. Hands-on experience on timely revisions of SMW & CMW with employee communication, compliance & policies. Excellent knowledge of data analysis & C&B; practices. Solid analytical skills, expertise in Excel, Power BI.
