Manager / Senior Manager Employment & Litigation

812 years Industry: IT / Technology Reports To: Head of Legal We are looking for an experienced legal qualified to manage employment law matters, litigation, legal advisory, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee disputes, disciplinary actions, workplace policies, and employment-related advisory.
- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Draft and review employment agreements, legal notices, responses, settlements, and legal documents.
- Advise on labour laws, employment regulations, POSH, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct litigation risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with HR, business leaders, compliance teams, authorities, and external counsel.
- Maintain litigation trackers,



records, and case updates.
- Conduct training sessions on employment law, workplace conduct, and compliance. Required

Skills:

- 812 years of experience in employment law, litigation management, and legal advisory.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and litigation processes.
- Experience in an IT/technology company is preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Qualification: LL.
