We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Assistant Manager Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and supporting the company's growth in the power and energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of the company's business, products, and services in the power and energy sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and engagement letters for clients.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, meetings, and business forums.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective CRM practices.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business development activities.

Tech in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification and/or an MBA are preferred.

- Ability to prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other analytical tools.
- Understanding of market research and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
