Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain visitor records and follow company security and access procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and office correspondence.
- Support day-to-day front office and administrative activities.
- Assist with data entry, filing, documentation, and maintaining office records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for office-related requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support basic travel, meeting, and administrative coordination activities when required.




- Ensure a positive and qualified experience for visitors and employees. Requirements
- Fresh graduates with 01 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to interact confidently with visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of logistics and office administration processes.
