Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Job Purpose : The incumbent will be responsible to plan, execute, monitor, and coordinate all civil engineering activities related to Thermal Coal Base, Bio mass and Waste Heat Recovery Power Plants, Solar PV Projects, Wind Power Projects, and associated infrastructure, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coal Based, Biomass and Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant
- Review civil and structural drawings, GA drawings, and design documents.
- Supervise construction of turbine foundations, boiler structures, ESP foundations, cooling towers, pump houses, cable trenches, and auxiliary buildings.
- Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, and contractors for civil scope execution.
- Monitor quantity estimation, billing verification, and reconciliation of construction materials.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and resolve site-level construction issues. 2. Solar Power Projects
- Execute civil works for solar PV plants including:
- Module mounting structure foundations
- Inverter and control room foundations
- Internal roads and drainage systems
- Boundary walls and security infrastructure




- Supervise pile foundation works and geotechnical investigations.
- Coordinate survey activities, topographical assessment, and site grading works.
- Monitor contractor performance and site productivity. 3. Wind Power Projects
- Supervise construction of wind turbine generator (WTG) foundations.
- Coordinate erection platform development and crane movement roads.
- Review soil investigation reports and foundation designs.
- Monitor construction quality of anchor cages, reinforcement work, and concreting activities.
- Coordinate with WTG suppliers and EPC contractors during project execution. 4. General Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of BOQ, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
- Project planning and monitoring using Primavera/MS Project.
- Contractor management, billing certification, and progress monitoring.
- Material planning and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and statutory requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions, vendor evaluations, and project review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and MIS reports. Desired Skills
- Knowledge of RCC and structural steel construction.
- Understanding of IS Codes, NBC, and industrial construction practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and civil design drawings.
- Experience in industrial, power, solar, or wind energy projects.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and contractor management skills.
- Ability to work at remote project locations. Preferred Experience
- Experience in cement, captive power, WHR, solar, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to EPC project execution.
- Experience in foundations for heavy rotating equipment, boiler structures, and large industrial installations.
