Hiring: Piping Design Engineer

Experience:
2–5 Years Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering Design Required Software: AutoCAD Plant 3D

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Piping Design Engineer with 2–5 years of relevant experience in piping design and 3D modelling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D and a good understanding of piping layouts, P&IDs;, piping isometrics, and engineering drawings. Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Prepare piping layouts, equipment layouts, and general arrangement drawings.
- Develop piping isometric and orthographic drawings.
- Perform piping routing based on P&IDs; and project specifications.
- Review P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and engineering documents.
- Generate piping isometrics and Material Take-Off (MTO).
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, structural, and other engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable engineering standards.




- Incorporate design modifications based on engineering reviews and client comments. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Piping Design.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D is mandatory.
- Good understanding of P&IDs;, piping layouts, valves, fittings, and piping components.
- Experience in 3D piping modelling and isometric extraction.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Positive communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Navisworks for 3D model review and clash detection.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas / EPC project workflows.
- Understanding of ASME and other relevant piping standards.
- Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects. Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
