- Source relevant candidates through personal networks, databases, job portals and qualified platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Submit quality and relevant profiles within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Ensure candidates are genuinely interested and available for the opportunities.
- Maintain proper candidate records and recruitment updates.
