Kolkata Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Accountant with practical experience in warehouse accounting, dispatch operations, inventory management, and Tally. The candidate should be capable of handling daily warehouse accounts, maintaining stock records, preparing dispatch documents, and coordinating with the accounts, sales, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain daily warehouse accounting records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. 2. Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, stock transfer entries, and dispatch documents. 3. Handle daily dispatch operations and maintain dispatch registers. 4. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records, including inward and outward entries. 5. Verify goods received and dispatched against invoices and purchase orders. 6. Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate discrepancies. 7.



Coordinate with transporters, drivers, sales teams, and warehouse staff. 8. Maintain records of e-Way Bills, GST invoices, and other dispatch-related documents. 9. Monitor pending dispatches, delivery status, and stock movement. 10. Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch reports, and warehouse accounting reports. 11. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all warehouse transactions. 12. Assist in monthly stock reconciliation and account closing activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse accounting and dispatch operations.
- Positive working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of sales and purchase entries, GST billing, and inventory management.
- Experience in preparing invoices, delivery challans, and e-Way Bills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and stock reconciliation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
