Role & responsibilities Job Summary
- Support store team in achieving sales, profitability, operational, and customer satisfaction targets for the assigned center/cluster.
- Drive revenue growth through automotive glass sales, ancillary product sales (wipers, batteries, detailing, vacuuming, etc.), and recent business tie-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients, fleet operators, and end customers to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure center profitability by controlling expenses, monitoring EBITDA, and achieving timely collection of payments from customers and insurance partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining NPS targets, resolving customer complaints within defined TAT, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with insurance claim processes, company SOPs, audit requirements, documentation standards, and operational policies.
- Conduct regular customer visits, local marketing activities, center reviews, and follow-ups to improve business performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate center staff on customer service,



process adherence, soft skills, and new company initiatives.
- Monitor center operations, claims submissions, debtor management, and payment recoveries to ensure smooth functioning.
- Prepare and submit accurate MIS, sales reports, and operational updates as per company guidelines.
- Maintain high audit scores, process compliance, and operational excellence while supporting the overall growth of the business.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders including customers, insurers, vendors, landlords, and corporate partners. Preferred candidate profile Eligibility

Experience:
1-5 years in retail operations, automotive service, insurance claims, customer relationship management, or center/store management.

Skills:
Sales orientation, customer relationship management, team handling, insurance process knowledge, operational control, and communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English.
