Freshers Can Apply Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, coordinate with site teams, track material dispatches and deliveries, maintain purchase records, and ensure timely availability of materials and tools required for site operations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site engineers and site teams to understand their material and tool requirements.
- Contact vendors and suppliers to collect quotations and compare prices.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders and material availability.
- Coordinate and ensure required tools and materials are arranged and supplied to site teams on time.
- Track dispatch and delivery status of materials, including AC units and other equipment.
- Follow up with vendors to confirm whether purchased materials have been dispatched and delivered.




- Maintain daily purchase and supply records through Excel or other data entry systems.
- Update records of materials purchased, quantities received, and materials supplied to different sites.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve material-related issues. Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and site teams.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred Candidate
