Internal Designation : Senior Associate, Finance

Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Work from Office | Mon - Fri

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Must be based in Mumbai and comfortable working from our Andheri office.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience only.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly financial modelling and handling large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with US GAAP is preferred.

Role responsibilities-





- Perform account and bank reconciliations to support accurate month-end close activities while ensuring balance sheet and P&L; accuracy.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple lines of business, supporting accurate reporting and financial planning activities for group entities and SPVs across the US, Mexico, and India.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheets, and Profit & Loss statements as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, while supporting financial planning and analysis activities.
- Conduct financial and variance analysis to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and provide insights to support management reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare audit schedules and maintain audit-ready financial records for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility, and support ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
