Sc. MLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist for home sample collection services in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for visiting patients at their homes, collecting blood and other diagnostic samples, ensuring proper sample handling, and maintaining patient safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Visit patients' homes and collect blood samples for diagnostic investigations. Perform venipuncture safely and efficiently. Collect blood, urine, and other required specimens as per test requirements and training. Verify patient details and accurately label all collected samples. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory. Follow infection-control protocols and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.



Maintain hygiene and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with the laboratory team regarding sample submission and collection schedules. Maintain daily records of home collection visits and collected samples. Provide professional and courteous service to patients. Manage assigned collection routes and complete visits within scheduled time slots. Educational Qualifications DMLT / B.
Sc. MLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy. Relevant practical training in blood sample collection. Required Skills Strong venipuncture and blood collection skills. Experience in home sample collection preferred. Knowledge of blood collection tubes and sample handling. Good patient communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste management. Ability to travel to different locations across Goa. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. What we're looking for
