Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Understanding project requirements and sourcing and scheduling suitable candidates.
- Ensuring timely placement of candidates based on project requirements.
- Leading and coordinating the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Handling recruitment for backend and engineering profiles across various projects. Candidate
Requirements:
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and other relevant systems.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Should have at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment. Interested candidates can share the resume to
