Experience:
1–4 Years Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or any relevant degree

Location:
Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring reports.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Support other HR activities, including employee engagement and HR administration. Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. What We Are Looking For
