Job Purpose
- Women Candidates Only To provide nursing and clinical assistance during dermatology and aesthetic procedures, including PRP treatments, blood collection, sample handling, centrifugation and preparation of treatment materials. Ensure protected clinical practices, infection control and a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
1. PRP Procedures – Blood Collection & Processing
- Perform venous blood collection (blood draw) for PRP treatments as per the treating doctor's instructions and established clinical protocols.
- Ensure correct patient identification and verification before blood collection.
- Prepare and label PRP collection tubes accurately.
- Handle collected blood samples carefully and follow appropriate sample-handling protocols.
- Operate the centrifuge for blood processing as per the prescribed PRP protocol, including appropriate speed and duration.
- Ensure proper separation and preparation of platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
- Maintain strict aseptic precautions throughout blood collection and processing.
- Ensure safe disposal of needles, syringes and other biomedical waste.
- Assist the doctor during PRP administration. 2. Clinical & Procedure Assistance
- Assist doctors during dermatological procedures, laser treatments and aesthetic treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment and consumables.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation before procedures.
- Ensure all required materials are available before commencing treatments.
- Monitor patient comfort and promptly report any discomfort or adverse reactions. 3. Patient Care & Coordination




- Explain basic procedure-related instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Assist patients before, during and after treatments.
- Provide post-procedure care instructions as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Coordinate with reception and the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a professional, reassuring and patient-friendly approach. 4. Infection Control & Sterilisation
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic practices.
- Ensure proper sterilisation and disinfection of reusable instruments.
- Clean and disinfect treatment beds, trolleys and equipment between patients.
- Follow biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of sharps and blood-contaminated materials. 5. Equipment & Inventory Management
- Ensure the availability of PRP kits, blood collection tubes, needles, syringes and other clinical consumables.
- Check expiry dates and maintain appropriate storage conditions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the senior nurse about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning and routine maintenance checks of centrifuges and other clinical equipment.
- Report equipment malfunction or any procedural concerns immediately. 6. Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Record blood collection and PRP processing details,



as required by clinic protocol.
- Maintain procedure checklists and relevant consent documentation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and secure handling of clinical records. Qualifications & Experience
- GNM / B.
Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior experience in venepuncture, blood collection and PRP procedures will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn dermatology and aesthetic procedures. Key Skills & Competencies
- Good venepuncture and blood collection skills.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control.
- Ability to operate a centrifuge and follow prescribed PRP processing protocols.
- Attention to detail in sample handling and labelling.
- Good patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while following medical instructions.
- Teamwork, punctuality and professional conduct. Overall Expectation To independently manage the nursing aspects of PRP preparation, including blood collection and centrifugation, while assisting doctors with clinical procedures and ensuring patient safety, hygiene and excellent patient experience. Note: PRP processing parameters and final preparation must follow the treating doctor's approved protocol and the centrifuge/PRP kit manufacturer's instructions. The nurse should perform these duties only within their training and authorised scope of practice. Pay: ₹8,000.00
