Requirements:
Extensive travel (60-80%) across North India cities and town (Candidates must be comfortable with frequent inter
- city travel and local market visits). Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to manage sales and operations across the North region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail sales, team management, and a passion for premium lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and target.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key clients, and partners in the region
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company's display & presentation Standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Prepare and present sales reports, MIS, and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure strong brand visibility across all point of sales in terms of merchandising, branding, and in-store execution
- Handle, track, and resolve service requests received from dealers, coordinating with service centre's and internal teams to ensure timely closure and dealer satisfaction Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, wearables, or luxury retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-store teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the North region
- Knowledge of watches and wearables will be an added advantage
