Key Responsibilities
1. Review open faults, service priorities and planned work with NOC, and translate them into an executable field plan. 2. Diagnose fibre cuts and high-loss issues using route records, OTDR reports and field observations, and guide the restoration approach. 3. Coordinate splicers, technicians, civil teams and contractors, ensuring the required manpower, material, tools and access are available. 4. Monitor TT progress, team arrival, restoration estimates and SLA risks, and escalate technical or resource constraints promptly. 5. Validate restored fibres and test results, coordinate service confirmation, and ensure temporary fixes have a tracked permanent-correction plan. 6. Prepare or review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with verified fault locations, causes, delay reasons and preventive actions. 7. Inspect vulnerable aerial and underground routes, chambers and joints, and raise preventive or corrective maintenance requirements. 8. Coordinate approved shifting, overhead-to-underground conversion and route-strengthening work with civil, GIS and permission teams. 9. Keep fibre-core records, joint details, test files and as-built inputs current, and resolve discrepancies with the record owners. 10.



Check completed contractor work and material consumption within delegated authority, and submit evidence for billing or reconciliation. 11. Enforce field safety, equipment care and proper handovers, and coach teams on recurring technical or process issues. 12. Publish progress, outage, maintenance and pending-action reports for the area or senior O&M; manager. Pay: ₹36,000.00

- How many years of total hands-on experience do you have specifically in Telecom Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) / OSP?
- Do you have hands-on professional experience in managing Telecom operations, and maintenance?
- Are you experienced in managing fiber optic cable deployment, trenching, ducting, joint enclosures, and fiber core records?
- Do you have direct experience handling Right of Way (ROW) permissions and liaising with government bodies, municipal authorities, and traffic police for telecom route clearances?
- Are you experienced in handling fiber cable-cut incidents, managing Trouble Tickets (TT), and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to meet strict resolution TATs? Work
