You will verify provider documents, prepare and submit applications to insurance payers, follow up on approvals, and keep credentialing records accurate and current, completing every task within the required turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle provider credentialing and enrolment activities for US healthcare providers.
- Verify provider information, licenses, certifications and other required documents.
- Prepare and submit credentialing and enrolment applications to insurance payers.
- Follow up with payers on application status and approvals.
- Maintain accurate provider credentialing records and databases.
- Track license, certification and credential renewal dates.
- Identify missing or expired documents and coordinate timely updates.




- Ensure all credentialing activities are completed within the required TAT. Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 25 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment.
- Hands-on experience with both Medicare and Medicaid is mandatory.
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
- Valuable communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working day shift, with flexibility to work US (night) shift when business requires. Location and Shift
- Office: Saidapet, Chennai, very near Little Mount Metro Station.
