- Basics of Contact center applications
- Concepts, Telephony, key terminology, CTI, Screenpop, call recording, inbound/outbound calling, WFM, reporting, key CCaaS players, how Amazon Connect different from other players
- Experience with Amazon Connect setup and configuration (contact flows, routing profiles, queues, quick connects, hours of operation, agent settings).
- Contact Flows (blocks, error handling, Lex integration, DTMF/speech input, disconnect flows, whisper flows, queue hold experience).
- Integration with CRM like SFDC or any third party.
- AWS Ecosystem Integration
- Proficiency with AWS Lambda for serverless backend functions.
- Integrating Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly,



AWS DynamoDB, Amazon S3, AWS SNS, and AWS SQS for IVR and chatbot automation.
- Understanding of Contact Trace Records (CTR), real-time metrics streams, and Kinesis event handling
