JUNIOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Department: Civil / ProjectsJob Level: Junior Level

Job Purpose To supervise, monitor, and report day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved layouts, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring manpower and material usage, and reporting daily work progress to the concerned reporting manager. 2. Key Roles and Responsibilities Site Supervision
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Labour and Material Tracking
- Monitor manpower deployment.
- Track the consumption and availability of construction materials.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
- Report material shortages and additional requirements to the concerned department. Quality and Measurement Control




- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurements and dimensions of completed work.
- Identify and report quality issues or deviations at the site.
- Ensure necessary corrections are carried out as per instructions. Safety Enforcement
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify unsafe working conditions and report them immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the construction site. Progress Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
- Maintain records of labour attendance, material consumption, and completed activities.
- Highlight work delays, site issues, and material requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on project progress. 3. Educational Qualification

Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering. . Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
