- Collect data from different files, Excel sheets, quotations, vendors, and other sources.
- Organize and maintain data in a structured format.
- Consolidate information from multiple files into a single master sheet.
- Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date. 2. Product Data Comparison
- Compare products from different vendors or suppliers based on specifications, prices, quality, quantity, and other relevant parameters.
- Compare product details across multiple Excel files, PDF documents, and quotations.
- Identify price differences, duplicate entries, missing information, and discrepancies.
- Prepare product-wise and vendor-wise comparative statements.
- Highlight the best available options based on cost, specifications, and requirements. 3. Excel & Reporting
- Prepare comparison sheets, MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
- Maintain master databases and tracking sheets.




- Present findings in a clear format for management review.
- Automate repetitive data comparison tasks wherever possible. 4. Data Verification & Quality Control
- Verify collected information against original documents.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and mismatched product descriptions.
- Ensure that comparisons are made between equivalent products and specifications.
- Follow up with relevant departments or vendors to obtain missing information. 5. Coordination & Management Support
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, sales, and project teams to collect required data.
- Support the purchase team in comparing vendor quotations and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Submit reports within agreed timelines.
