WALK-IN INTERVIEW | URGENT HIRING | PROJECT COORDINATOR | MUMBAI (HO) Gilbarco Veeder-Root is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution, implementation tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation management, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in project coordination, PMO support, implementation, operations, or rollout management environments. Candidate from oil and gas, steel, logistic, Banking, Insurance (BFSI) can apply Role & Responsibilities
- Skilled & knowledge
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Reporting tools.
- Maintain and update project trackers, action logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Logistics, and Rollout teams for project execution updates.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action item closures.
- Support SAT documentation readiness and project governance activities.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and execution blockers.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely project progress.
- Escalate delays and critical issues to Project Managers as required.
- Support implementation and customer onboarding projects across regions. Preferred Candidate Profile




- Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
- 1+ Years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, Implementation, or Project Support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, logistics, or field coordination will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously. Advantages & Perks
