Hiring: Project Manager – RPO

Experience:
12–15 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced RPO Project Manager to lead recruitment delivery for a large industrial organisation. The ideal candidate must have a robust RPO background, with experience managing recruitment operations from a client location and handling complex technical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end RPO delivery, ensuring recruitment targets and SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams, driving productivity, performance, and accountability.
- Manage client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Drive technical and specialised hiring across engineering, operations, projects, and corporate functions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer-to-join ratio, and recruiter productivity.
- Conduct regular client reviews, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure process compliance, reporting accuracy,



and continuous improvement in recruitment delivery. Mandatory Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in recruitment, with substantial experience in RPO delivery.
- Must have managed an RPO engagement while working from the client location.
- Experience leading recruitment teams and managing large-scale hiring mandates.
- Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ownership of delivery metrics, SLAs, team productivity, and recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates must ideally have managed RPO engagements for clients in one or more of the following industries:
- Oil & Gas and Hydrocarbons
- Refining and Petrochemicals
- Chemicals and Process Industries
- Energy and Industrial Manufacturing Experience supporting large industrial organisations with complex technical hiring requirements is strongly preferred. Work Location Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – Work from Office at the client location.
