- Position: OPT Recruiter (C2C and Full time Bench Sales process)

Experience:
2+years.
- Shift Timings;7:30PM IST to 4:30AM IST.
- Manage the recruitmentprocess from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implementeffective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintainrelationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews andassessments to evaluate candidate fit.
