for Deputy Safety Manager
- Support the Senior Safety Manager in day-to-day site EHS leadership and coordinate implementation of approved safety systems.
- Manage contractor safety performance, review deployment of safety personnel, and monitor adherence to PTW, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Plan and conduct periodic audits, inspections, walkthroughs, and compliance reviews across all work fronts.
- Coordinate incident reporting,



investigation follow-up, trend analysis, and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive emergency preparedness, mock drills, welfare compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination meetings.
- Review weekly, fortnightly, and monthly EHS reports before submission to the client.
- Support ISO audits, safety analytics, abnormality mapping, and infringement monitoring.
