The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals across various technologies, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings and use advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical suitability, communication skills, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical interview panels to understand requirements and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and support offer acceptance and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill,



submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Required Skills
- Experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and keyword-based candidate searches.
- Understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .
NET, Python, SAP, ServiceNow, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is desirable. Preferred Candidate Profile
