- Digital Merchandiser What You ll Do As a Digital Merchandising individual, you ll help improve how customers discover and interact with products online. Your work will include:
- Supporting internal search optimization by reviewing search terms, identifying gaps, and helping improve product discoverability
- Using tools like session replay and customer journey insights to understand how users navigate the site and where they get stuck
- Assisting with competitive reviews, comparing our digital experience to competitors and identifying opportunities to improve
- Helping maintain and enhance product content (descriptions, images, attributes, and specs)
- Supporting digital merchandising initiatives such as site navigation, product organization, and promotions
- Assisting with product launches, seasonal updates, and assortment changes
- Analyzing basic site and product performance data to spot trends and opportunities
- Jumping into special projects that help improve the overall online shopping experience Who We re Looking For We re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity,
