Key Responsibilities
& Requirements
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and placement.
- Have a strong understanding of W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 hiring models, along with relevant documentation and compliance requirements.
- Understand US work authorization types, visa categories, tax terms, and candidate eligibility.
- Have access to relevant job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment databases.




- Be comfortable working on client requirements, coordinating with vendors, and managing candidate submissions.
- Share relevant and qualified resumes within 30 minutes of receiving a requirement , wherever suitable candidates are available.
- Maintain clear communication and timely follow-ups with candidates, vendors, and client contacts.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and focus on quality submissions and successful placements. ? Who Should Apply?
