You will find opportunities, track industry trends, and turn what you learn into insights that shape decisions. What Youll Do
- Research the recruitment, SaaS, and HR-tech markets across regions.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and partnership openings.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning,
and growth drivers.
- Build clear reports and briefing notes for the leadership team.
- Support the Founder on other work, such as pitch decks and GTM strategy. Who You Are
- A current IIT, NIT, or IIIT student with a strong academic record.
- Solid research, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Interest in startups, strategy, or recruitment is a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel or Sheets and Google Workspace; Notion a bonus. What Youll Gain
