Job Description
1). Plant Availability: Plan, Organize and monitor implementation activities for optimum plant availability. Responsible for executing the preventive & corrective maintenance activities. Manpower planning one day in advance for daily jobs. Daily monitoring of equipment’s and maintaining records. Have control over S&S; and manpower engagement with safety. SAP / Stakeholder management. Shutdown job execution 2) Cost Control: Plan monitor and control spares and lubricants inventory and manpower cost as per budget in Mech maintenance activities in cement mill in order to optimize the maintenance cost. 3) System Management: Effective implementation of all IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards. 4) Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Workplace) along with Sustainability initiatives:



Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to the area concerned. 5). People Development. 6). Improvement & Modification. 7). Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives. 8). Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to the area concerned. 9). Timely conducting scheduled SO & WTI round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system. 10). To conduct daily Toolbox Talk (TBT) as schedule and before starting the job any critical job along with SWP 11). Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event 12). Environment & Safety. 13). Adhering of all safety precautions on the site and off the site
