Role Description The IT Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for providing technical support to internal users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The IT Support Analyst will handle service requests, manage incident tickets, and perform routine maintenance such as software updates, system checks, and user account administration. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address IT-related concerns, documenting solutions and procedures, and escalating complex issues when required. The IT Support Analyst will also assist in deploying new systems,



ensuring security best practices, and delivering clear communication to users regarding system changes or outages. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, interpret data, and identify root causes.
- Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, networking basics, and common business applications.
