About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused IT Engineer to support technical integrations, infrastructure, and troubleshooting across a technology platform. The role involves working with systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable data synchronization and seamless system connectivity. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and a client-facing approach to resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot integrations across PMS, CRM, booking engines, and F&B; systems.
- Monitor system performance, data pipelines, and API integrations to ensure reliability and real-time data synchronization.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by configuring technical environments and validating system connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, technical workflows, and system architecture.
- Manage API credentials, security protocols, and user access controls in line with data security requirements.
- Perform routine system audits, maintenance checks, and minor infrastructure updates.
- Serve as a primary technical contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a positive support experience. Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, IT engineering, or systems integration, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data synchronization processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of SQL databases and data troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing software integration issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages used in Middle Eastern or international markets is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), such as OPERA, Mews, or Cloudbeds.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or early-stage technology company.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript for troubleshooting and automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
