- Supervise the erection and installation of PEB structures, including columns, rafters, purlins, girts, and sheeting.
- Ensure site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material availability, and work progress.
- Check alignment, levels, bolting, welding, and structural installation quality.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company EHS policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design and project teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage at the project site.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards. Required Qualifications Skills
- Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in site execution, preferably in the PEB or structural steel industry.
- Knowledge of PEB erection, structural steel installation, and sheeting work.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
