Hiring: Associate Director – Transition

14+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Transition Leader to drive new client and project transitions within the US healthcare domain. The role involves end-to-end transition planning, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring seamless project execution within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end transitions for new US healthcare clients and projects.
- Develop and drive project plans, timelines, milestones, and transition deliverables.
- Coordinate with US transition leaders, India senior leadership, hiring, administration, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment on client requirements, resource planning, and transition timelines.
- Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate contractual requirements, wherever applicable.




- Drive transition, transformation, and enterprise-wide or pan-India projects.
- Prepare project updates, management presentations, and progress reports. Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of overall experience, including at least 2–3 years in transition management.
- Experience in transition and transformation, preferably within the US healthcare domain.
- Strong project and program management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Project and robust presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight timelines.
